Conditions Of Sale

All FauxDeLuxe™ 2" faux wood blinds are customized according to the measurements provided on the order form. Note that the factory will take 3/8” deduction off inside measured width for inside mount. No deduction will be taken for outside mount, or when clearly marked that the measurements provided are finished measurements. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Buyer's Gallery Blinds Corp. is not responsible for errors in measuring.

Delivery Time

Buyer's Gallery Blinds Corp. will attempt to produce all orders within 3 business days from the date the order has been received. Please allow additional time for shipping if orders are to be shipped.

Freight Damage

Freight damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to customer service within 2 business days. The original carton must be retained, or claims will not be accepted.

Warranty Information

FauxDeLuxe™ 2" Faux Wood Venetian Blinds are covered by Buyer’s Gallery Blinds Corp. 1 year warranty. In the unlikely event that warranty service is ever needed just contact us and we'll arrange for repair or replacement as quickly as possible. All warranties extend to the original residential retail purchaser and have to be sent in through the dealer/distributor it was purchased from.

Buyer's Gallery Blinds Corp. warrants that all FauxDeLuxe™ 2" Faux Wood Venetian Blinds will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year, given normal use and provided that the blinds were installed properly in the window, door or other interior area in which they were intended.

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements or a heat source is not covered by this warranty.

Buyer’s Gallery Blinds Corp. obligation in the event of a defect covered under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the FauxDeLuxe™ blinds or components, provided the product is returned to Buyer’s Gallery Blinds Corp. Buyer’s Gallery Blinds Corp. is not responsible for transportation and/or labor costs involved with returning the product(s) to Buyer’s Gallery Blinds Corp. or reinstallation of the product(s) in the window. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Buyer's Gallery Blinds Corp. be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damage or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
